"The Australian Training and Safety Institute is a non-profit registered training organisation dedicated to providing quality training and consultancy services for organisations and individuals.

In April 2007, we commissioned Qld Media Group to create an online learning facility for people needing to obtain their General Safety Induction Blue Card. We had an idea of how we wanted the flash presentation to run, and to QMG’s credit, they were able to understand what we were asking for even if at times we didn’t know how to explain it properly!

Being a registered training organisation, there are certain legal and professional guidelines that we need to adhere to. QMG were very respectful and created an easy to use and complete training facility whilst still working within the RTO guidelines and structure.

The staff at QMG were very patient and professional in dealing with our company. We were kept very well informed at all stages of the design process with QMG staff explaining clearly and precisely what they needed to do in order to meet our requirements.

"When we approached Queensland Media Group with a request to update our website and Learning Management System, we had a huge wish list and expected the impossible.

When our students access the Learning Management System they generally do not have a lot of computer experience. They would rather spend money on horse gear than on up to date computer systems, and so we needed a system that is extremely user friendly. Our wish list included a student report that students could access to see their course progress, real time credit card processing and instant access to purchased course material. The added problem was that there was already a system in place that everybody got used to, although it was not always efficient.

Queensland Media Group was able to do all this and more. At all times they listened patiently to our requests to solve past problems and bottle necks, and worked out efficient solutions that were not only user friendly, but also took a minimum time to learn for everyone concerned, students, tutors and administrators alike.

Queensland media Group consists of a number of very enthusiastic computer wizards who obviously enjoy challenges, and they were indeed able to achieve all our requests.
