Client Problem Description

Style Plantation had an existing website that did not reflect their print advertising branding. They also wanted to make more use of their website as a customer service tool for head office and their showrooms in Australia and New Zealand.

QMG was engaged by head office to create a website with an enquiry system that could service both head office enquiries and individual showroom enquiries. They also wanted to be able to track enquiries and ensure the showrooms were providing a high level of service in responding to these enquiries. As an extra measure head office wanted to follow up on enquiries with a customer satisfaction survey and record these results for later analysis.

Timeline

Development time took approximately 1 month. During this time, QMG worked closely with Style Plantation to achieve the exact look and feel that they were after.

A testing server was set up so the client could view the development process and provide QMG with ongoing feedback.

Delivery Method

The website was developed using a mixture of both HTML, PHP and mySQL to satisfy the requirements for Style Plantation's enquiry and reporting system.

QMG developed a custom enquiry, reporting, and customer survey system for Style Plantation.

Target Audience

Style Plantation specialises in the import, wholesale and distribution of quality renewable resource products throughout Australia and New Zealand. The target demographic is a mix of home owners, builders, architects, and interior designers.

The website was developed to be visually appealing, easy to navigate and easy to make enquiries to invdividual showrooms.

QMG provides ongoing support and advice for Style Plantation as they expand the functionality and features of their website. QMG also provided a web hosting package suitable for the website requirements.

Google Analytics

Style Plantation wanted to see visitor statistics so QMG implemented the Google Analytics statistics tracking alongside the two stastics packages provided with our web hosting. This freely available statistics program tells you everything you want to know about how your visitors found you and how they interact with your site.
