Client Problem Description

Endgame Communications contracts QMG for the development and execution of countless marketing campaigns for a variety of clients including Macquarie Bank. Macquarie Bank runs internal and external email communications to Advisers and customers in order to communicate new promotions. These communications require custom email templates with an online jump page leading the recipient to the Macquarie bank website. Supporting advertising media such as Flash and animated GIF banner ads are commonly used to direct new and potential clients to Macquarie bank promotions.

Timeline

A 2 week time frame was allowed for all content to be delivered to the Macquarie bank IT team under directions from Endgame Communications.

Delivery Method

An OFT file (outlook template) and HTML email file was delivered as well as a zipped folder structure for the flash and backup gif jump pages to the Macquarie bank IT team.

Target Audience

Existing advisers and customers of the Macquarie bank recipient database.

Implemented Solution/Service

An interactive jump page with an animated introduction was required. Whilst considering the diverse target audience of Macquarie Bank, QMG recommended a static version to be created along side the interactive presentation. This ensured all recipients of the campaign were able to view the campaign.
