In April 2007, we commissioned Qld Media Group to create an online learning facility for people needing to obtain their General Safety Induction Blue Card. We had an idea of how we wanted the flash presentation to run, and to QMG’s credit, they were able to understand what we were asking for even if at times we didn’t know how to explain it properly!
Being a registered training organisation, there are certain legal and professional guidelines that we need to adhere to. QMG were very respectful and created an easy to use and complete training facility whilst still working within the RTO guidelines and structure.
The staff at QMG were very patient and professional in dealing with our company. We were kept very well informed at all stages of the design process with QMG staff explaining clearly and precisely what they needed to do in order to meet our requirements.
QMG’s attention to detail was impressive to say the least, and the program has created a new and improved learning opportunity for our students. QMG delivered everything we were looking for and more, and we would have no hesitation in using them again for any other e-learning programs we might need in the future! "
